We were talking with Alexander Melnik, director of Ortika Frozen Foods ( Hortex daughter company in Russia): “We observed about 30–40% growth in orders for the vegetable group, and 10–15% for fruits,” — said Alexander.
The orders for frozen champignon also had risen up, but not substantial — about 10%.
