It requires collaboration of specialists who understand the features of the future operation of the object and organization who build high-standard farm. The farm should be built according to the customer’s task and mushroom industry standards. The price of errors increases especially when it comes to large complexes. Even when well-known companies are involved in the process, mistakes are often made – from insignificant to quite serious, the correction of which requires additional investments.
Roman Stolper, the chief technologist at “Gribnaya Compania” LLC, participated in the design, construction, and commissioning of a number of large farms. At the “Ukrainian Mushroom Days” he will share his experience about the most common mistakes.
Roman Stolper’s report is scheduled for the first day of the conference, September the 7th
